Case study

Woe Melons

  • Ecommerce
  • Preorder
  • Conversion Funnel
01

The problem

Interest is not an order. A customer who lands on a product page and then has to be chased, or who hits friction at checkout, is a sale you were owed and did not get. The job was to close the gap between wanting the product and having paid for it.

02

What we built

A preorder funnel that runs in one flow: the customer finds the product, places the preorder, pays, and gets a confirmation — no drop-off between steps, no manual chasing.

03

How we did it

  • A product page built to convert, not just to display
  • Preorder and payment in the same flow, so nobody stalls between them
  • An order confirmation the customer trusts
  • Fulfilment tracked from the moment the order lands
