Who we are
Youthful Creative Marketers is a marketing agency based in Houston, Texas. We build websites, landing pages, and customer acquisition systems for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you fill in a form, book a call, or email us, we receive what you provide, typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever you tell us about your business.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we may collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and which pages you viewed. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
Publicly available business information. When we identify businesses that may benefit from our services, we use publicly listed information, including business name, category, phone number, website address, and public review data from sources such as Google Maps, together with information published on the business’s own public website. We do not collect private or personal data in this process, and we do not purchase contact lists.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and schedule calls
- To provide and improve the services a client has engaged us for
- To contact businesses about services relevant to them, in line with applicable law
- To measure how our website and advertising perform
- To meet legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Advertising and analytics
We use analytics and advertising technologies, which may include Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to understand how people find and use our site and to measure our advertising. These providers may set cookies and receive information about your visit under their own privacy policies.
You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and control ad personalization through your Google and Meta ad settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies, though some site features may stop working if you do.
Email from us
We send business to business email to companies we believe our services are relevant to. Every message identifies who we are, includes our physical mailing address, and tells you how to stop hearing from us.
To opt out, reply with “no” or “unsubscribe” to any message. We remove that address permanently and immediately, and we will not contact you again. You do not need to give a reason.
Service providers
We rely on third parties to operate our business, including Google Workspace for email, Vercel for website hosting, Calendly for scheduling, and analytics and advertising platforms. They process information only as needed to provide their service to us, under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as needed to provide our services and to satisfy legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We keep opt-out records indefinitely, because that is the only way to guarantee we never contact someone who has asked us not to.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; residents of other states and countries may have equivalent rights under their own laws.
Email us using the address below and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on our website.
