The problem

The practice had the clinical side handled — providers, compliance, records — but no way to bring patients in online and get them into that system. A new patient needed to exist in the clinical backend, with the right plan and access, before they could be seen. The handoff had to be instant and invisible, not a staff member re-typing details after the fact.

What we built

A branded sign-up site with checkout, and a real-time sync behind it. The moment a payment confirms, a webhook fires to a handler that creates the patient in the clinical system with the correct plan and access. By the time the confirmation screen loads, they are already onboarded. The practice's staff never touches it.

03

How we did it

  • A fully branded sign-up site that owns the whole journey to checkout
  • Checkout with plan selection wired to the payment processor
  • A webhook that fires the instant a payment confirms
  • The patient created in the clinical system before the confirmation screen loads
